Full Media Consent & Release Clause

By enrolling as a member of the Elite 32 Fan Club, I hereby grant Elite 32 Fan Club, its representatives, and authorized partners the exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, and distribute my likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in any photo, video, or audio recording captured during club events, activities, or gatherings.

I understand and agree that such content may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, and other official purposes of the Elite 32 Fan Club. This consent includes, but is not limited to, publication on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, and video productions.

By signing this enrollment form, I waive any right to inspect or approve the final content and acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such materials. I further release and hold harmless the Elite 32 Fan Club, its officers, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from the use of said content.
